What is the difference between an Exterior Wash and Exterior Detailing?
An exterior wash cleans the loose dirt sitting on top of your paint, glass, and wheels. Exterior detailing goes after everything the wash leaves behind. It includes deep cleaning neglected areas like door jambs, fuel cap pockets, wheel wells, and window trim, followed by surface prep and high-durability synthetic sealants to restore true depth and gloss.
Why is non-sling tire dressing so important?
Cheap, oil-based tire shines look wet at first, but as soon as you drive down I-15, centrifugal force flings that greasy residue all over your clean doors and quarter panels. It attracts dust and ruins your wash. We use specialized synthetic dressings that penetrate the rubber and wipe off excess product, leaving a deep, matte, factory-fresh finish that never slings.
What are those tiny orange or brown specks on my paint, and how do you fix them?
Those specks are iron fallout (embedded metallic brake dust and industrial rail dust) that have oxidized on top of your clear coat. Regular car washing will not remove them.
